Vaarso Record — Frequently Asked Questions
What is Vaarso Record?

Vaarso Record is a collector’s edition bringing together 12 songs from Vaarso—a mix of original compositions and traditional Gujarati music. It is our way of preserving these songs in a physical format that can be held, played and passed on.

What kind of vinyl is it?

The album is pressed on a 180g vinyl record, giving it the substantial feel traditionally associated with premium vinyl pressings.

Do I need a special player to play it?

You’ll need a standard turntable/record player compatible with the vinyl’s playback speed. We recommend checking your player settings before playing the record for the first time.

How should I store my Vaarso Record?

Keep the record upright in its sleeve, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid touching the playing surface—hold the record gently by its edges whenever possible.

Is the vinyl only for listening, or can I buy it as a collectible?

Both. It has been created as a listening experience as well as a physical archive of Vaarso. Even if you don’t own a record player, it can be kept as a collector’s piece or gifted to someone who loves Gujarati music.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India to serviceable pin codes. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability and charges depend on the destination. If international shipping is enabled at checkout, the applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within the timeline mentioned at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and courier service. Tracking details will be shared once your order is on its way.

What if my vinyl arrives damaged?

If your vinyl or packaging arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product. Once verified, our team will assist you with a replacement, subject to availability.

Can I return or exchange the vinyl? — Refund & Return Policy

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs/videos of the product and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement wherever stock is available. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
